TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT :

Payment shall become due upon placement of the order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of The Company's choosing. Carriage will be at cost to the Customer. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS :

Payment can be made via the following channels:

⮕ Internet Banking

⮕ True Money Wallet

⮕ Alipay

DELIVERY TIME :

When we have all of the items of your order in stock, we will process it for shipment within 3-5 working days.  

If we do not have an item in stock, a refund will be issued, as well as a confirmation email explaining the reason for the refund. 

SHIPPING & TRACKING NUMBER:

We use Thai Post (EMS) for domestic shipping.

Delivery fee by categories;           

- Complete surfskate & deck: deliver fee is at THB 300 per board.                       

- Meraki truck: delivery fee is at THB 150 per set.

- Wheels: delivery fee is at THB 150 per set.

- Spare parts: (spring, bolts, nuts, riser pad) delivery fee is at THB 60 per order.

You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse.

SHIPPING COSTS

Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has shipped. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment and, if desired, reshipment in the event that your order has the wrong address on file, is undeliverable, returned to our facility or lost in the mail.
